We at Ains Group work on some of Finland's most inspiring and challenging design and construction projects. We are known for our hard work, our particularly close and prosperous client relationships, and our work to develop the industry as a whole.
People at Ains Group have the freedom to grow and develop their skills. We develop especially in our client work, but training is also important. Our project teams are put together so that fresh ideas and thoughts and solid experience complement each other.
Our strengths currently include more than 1300 experts in civil, structural and infrastructure engineering, urban and environmental design, architectural design and industrial engineering.
We want to invest in new talent and recruit students with at least 3rd year of studies or equivalent technical skills as trainees. You can also apply for an undergraduate or graduate position.
